ECHO (Elderly Citizens Help Organisation), was established over 30 years ago by the legendary race caller the late Bill Collins and the late Jack O’Hanlon.
As part of the “new vision” for ECHO, assistance for our aged citizens is now given, not only in the form of a holiday, but also in other forms of assistance i.e. motorised wheel chairs, home help, medical alarm systems etc.
This service is given to genuine cases who are in no financial position to afford such items. It is the committee’s objective to work closely with welfare groups within Victoria, and be guided and advised by these experienced people.
